What exactly is a "credit"?
A credit covers one avatar render at standard resolution. HD upscales and batch jobs use a few extra credits per image. Every pack includes plenty of headroom to explore styles.
How many selfies do I need to upload?
Eight to fifteen works best. Use a mix of angles, expressions, and lighting, and avoid sunglasses or heavy filters so the model learns your real features.
Is this a subscription?
No. Personae packs are one-time purchases. Buy a pack, generate your avatars, and come back whenever you want more — there's nothing recurring to cancel.
How long does generation take?
Model training takes about 15–20 minutes, after which most avatars render in under a minute each. Pro and Studio packs jump to the priority queue.
Who owns the avatars I create?
You do. Paid avatars are yours to use personally or commercially, with no watermark. Your source photos and model stay private and are deleted on your schedule.
Do you offer refunds?
If a pack fails to generate usable avatars, contact us within 14 days and we'll re-run it or refund you. Because compute is spent on each render, used credits aren't refundable.
