How does a "video minute" work?
A video minute is one minute of finished, exported footage. A 30-second clip uses half a minute; a two-minute explainer uses two. Editing and regenerating scenes before export doesn't burn extra minutes.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 10 video minutes every month, forever, with no credit card to sign up. It's a genuine way to evaluate Reelix — exported videos carry a small Reelix watermark.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
You can top up minutes at any time, or upgrade to a higher plan. Unused minutes don't roll over, but you can change plans whenever you like and we prorate the difference automatically.
Can I clone my own avatar and voice?
Voice cloning is included from the Creator plan. Full custom avatar cloning — a digital version of a real person filmed once — is available on Business, with consent verification built in.
Who owns the videos I generate?
You do. Videos you create with Reelix are yours to use commercially. Your scripts and uploads stay private to your workspace and are never used to train our models.
