What counts as an event?

An event is any tracked action — a page view, a button click, a purchase, an API call. You only pay for the events you send, and you can sample or filter noisy events to stay efficient.

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. Starter is free forever for up to 1M events a month, with unlimited dashboards and users. It's perfect for early-stage teams and never expires.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade in a click and we'll prorate the difference. There are no lock-in contracts on Starter or Growth.

What happens when I exceed my event limit?

We'll never cut off your tracking. You'll get an in-app heads-up well before the limit, and any overage is billed at a clear, published per-million rate — no surprises.

Do you offer annual billing or discounts?

Annual plans save 20% versus monthly, and we offer special pricing for startups and nonprofits. Reach out to sales and we'll sort out the right fit.

How secure is my data?
