From a single cart to a corner everyone loves.
In 2014, Brew Haven was a borrowed espresso machine and a fold-out table at the Saturday farmers market. What we lacked in space we made up for in conversation β and people kept coming back, not just for the coffee but for the welcome.
A year later we opened the doors on Maple Street with mismatched chairs and a hand-painted sign. We still have that sign. We've just added a lot more seats β and a kitchen that now bakes everything from scratch each morning.
We know where every bean comes from.
We buy direct from a small group of farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala β relationships we've built over years of visits and fair, transparent pricing. No middlemen, no mystery blends.
Beans land green and are roasted in-house in batches small enough to track by hand. We taste every roast before it reaches the bar, because consistency isn't luck β it's discipline.
- Direct-trade relationships with named growers.
- Roasted weekly in small batches for peak freshness.
- Every batch cupped and approved before service.

The values in every cup
Fairness first
We pay growers fairly and our staff a living wage. Good coffee shouldn't cost someone else their dignity.
Kinder to the planet
Compostable cups, locally milled flour, and grounds shared with neighborhood gardeners every week.
Community always
From open-mic nights to free refills for first responders, this place belongs to the people in it.
Come taste the difference.
