How we'd brew it
This lot shines as a pour-over. Use a 1:16 ratio — 22g of coffee to 350g of water at 94°C, ground medium-fine. Bloom for 40 seconds, then pour in slow, steady circles to finish around 2:45. For filter or batch brew, a touch coarser keeps it sweet and balanced.
