Meridian Consulting was founded in 2004 by a small group of former operators and strategists who were frustrated by advice that looked brilliant on paper but fell apart in the real world. They believed consulting should be judged by one thing: whether the client is measurably better off.
That conviction still drives us. We've grown from a four-person practice into a global firm of more than 180 consultants across offices in New York, London, and Singapore — but we've kept the founders' rule that a partner is accountable for every engagement, start to finish.
