Good things to know.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused identity runs four to six weeks; a full identity-plus-website project is usually eight to twelve. We'll give you a realistic timeline in the proposal and protect it carefully once we start.

Do we work directly with senior designers?

Always. There's no account layer and no juniors learning on your project. The people you meet in the kickoff are the people doing the work.

What do you need from us to start?

A short conversation, any existing brand materials, and an honest sense of your ambition. We handle the rest of the discovery — that's our job.

Can you work with our developers?

Yes. We design with implementation in mind and hand over clean, well-documented files. We're happy to partner with your build team or recommend ones we trust.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

We do. Many clients keep us on a light retainer for new assets, campaigns, and the occasional brand course-correction as they grow.
