Questions about plans & billing
Is ad spend included in the retainer?
No. Your retainer covers our strategy, management and creative work. Ad spend is billed directly by the platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) — we never mark it up or touch your card.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Most clients start on Starter or Growth and move up as results compound. You can upgrade at any time, and changes take effect the following billing cycle.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
None. Onboarding, your kickoff audit and account setup are all included in your monthly retainer from day one.
What if I need something custom?
If your needs fall outside these tiers — multiple brands, international markets, or specialised scopes — we'll build a custom plan. Just reach out and we'll scope it together.
How does cancellation work?
After an initial 90-day ramp, all plans are month-to-month and cancellable with 30 days' written notice. You keep full ownership of every account, asset and dataset.
