Structural Design

We design the frame that holds everything up — in reinforced concrete, structural steel, glulam timber, masonry, or composite. Every scheme is analysed to the Eurocodes, optimised for material efficiency and buildability, and detailed so the contractor can build it without guesswork. From foundations and transfer structures to long-span roofs, we balance strength, stiffness, cost, and carbon.

Civil Engineering

Below ground and across the site, we engineer the infrastructure that makes a development work. Drainage and SuDS, earthworks and cut-fill balancing, highways and access roads, retaining walls, and utilities — all designed for adoption, resilience, and a long maintenance-free life. We coordinate early with planners and adopting authorities to keep approvals on track.

MEP Engineering

Mechanical, electrical, and public-health services designed for comfort, low energy, and minimal clash with the structure. We size heating, cooling, ventilation, power, lighting, and drainage around real occupancy, then coordinate every route within the BIM model so the build runs clean. Low-carbon strategies — heat pumps, heat recovery, and smart controls — are baked in from concept.

Inspections & Surveys

For existing, ageing, and heritage structures we provide the evidence to act with confidence. Structural condition surveys, defect diagnosis, crack mapping, and load-capacity assessments tell you what a structure can carry today and what it needs to carry tomorrow. Every report is signed by a chartered engineer and written to stand up in front of insurers and approvers.

Project Management

We keep complex, multi-discipline projects moving — controlling programme, cost, and risk from feasibility to handover. Acting as lead consultant or principal designer, we coordinate the design team, manage CDM duties, chair design reviews, and report progress in plain language so clients always know where the project stands and where the risks are.

BIM & Digital Engineering

Every project runs on a federated 3D model. We deliver to BIM Level 2 with clash detection, data-rich objects, and structured information exchanges, so each discipline designs against a single source of truth. The result is fewer site clashes, faster approvals, and an as-built model the client can hand straight to facilities management.
