Do I need any equipment or a gym membership?

Not at all. Your plan is built around what you have access to โ€” whether that's a full gym, a couple of dumbbells at home, or just your bodyweight and a bit of floor space. We start where you are.

I have a busy schedule. How much time does this take?

Most clients spend 10โ€“15 minutes a week on check-ins, plus whatever movement we agree fits your life. The whole point is sustainability โ€” if it doesn't fit your calendar, it isn't the right plan.

What if I have a medical condition or dietary restriction?

Your plan is fully personalized and I'll always work within any guidance from your doctor or dietitian. Coaching complements your medical care; it doesn't replace it. Just bring me the details on our call.

Can I switch programs partway through?

Yes. Many clients start with the 90-Day Transformation and move to monthly Online Coaching, or graduate from group into 1:1. We'll find the right next step as you grow.

Is there a refund or guarantee?

If you complete the work in your first two weeks and don't feel it's the right fit, I'll happily refund that period. I want clients who are genuinely excited to be here โ€” not locked in.

What happens on the free discovery call?

It's a relaxed 30-minute conversation about your goals, history, and what's felt hard before. There's no pitch โ€” by the end you'll know exactly which program (if any) fits and what working together looks like.
