Our story
Born out of a Sunday-night stock count
Stockly started in 2019 when our founders were running a fast-growing consumer brand and losing sales to a problem no spreadsheet could solve: they never quite knew what they had in stock. Marketplaces oversold. Hero products ran dry. Cash sat trapped in dead inventory.
They tried every tool on the market and found the same gap — software built for accountants, not for the people picking, packing, and reordering every day. So they built the system they wished existed: one accurate stock figure, synced everywhere, fast enough to trust.
Today Stockly powers inventory and order operations for more than 6,800 brands and warehouses across 40 countries — from first-time sellers to multi-location operators moving millions of units a year.
