We're obsessed with the sound of a good story

Airwave started in a converted garage with two mics and a stubborn belief: most podcasts fail not because the idea is bad, but because the production gives up before the listener does.

Our story

From a garage booth to a network

In 2015, two radio producers and a sound engineer got tired of watching brilliant shows die in the edit. So they built a studio designed around one question — would you actually finish this episode?

That question still runs everything. We grew from a single treated room into three studios across Los Angeles and Austin, a remote-recording rig that ships worldwide, and a network of more than sixty shows that together pull in over forty-eight million listens a month.

We've produced chart-topping originals, launched brand podcasts from scratch, and rescued plenty of shows that came to us as a folder of unlabelled WAV files. Whatever stage you're at, the work is the same: make it sound like someone cared.

What we believe

The values that run the board

We're a studio of producers, engineers, and storytellers. These principles keep the work honest, whatever the genre.

The listener decides

Every edit answers to one judge: the person with earbuds in on the morning commute.

Craft over shortcuts

No template intros, no AI filler voice. Real production takes time, and we take it.

Creators come first

You keep your masters, your feed, your audience, and your ad revenue. Always.

Ship on schedule

A podcast is a promise to show up. We protect your release calendar like it's ours.

Honest feedback

If an episode isn't working, we'll say so — and bring three ideas to fix it.

Sound for everyone

Clear dialogue, transcripts, and accessible feeds so every listener can follow along.

How we work

A producer in your corner from day one

Every show gets a dedicated producer who stays from the first pitch to the hundredth episode. No handoffs, no lost context, no "let me check with the team."

Find the format

We pin down the hook, length, and rhythm before anyone touches a microphone.

Record & shape

We capture clean audio, then edit for story — cold opens, pacing, music, the lot.

Publish & grow

We ship to every platform and read the data so each episode beats the last.

Let's make something worth hearing

Tell us about the show in your head. We'll bring the studio, the producers, and the craft to get it into ears.
