Our story
From a single terrace to 27 communities
Horizon Developments began in 2008 when an architect and a master builder decided that new homes deserved better — better design, better build quality, and a developer that stayed accountable long after the keys were handed over. Our first project was a modest terrace of twelve homes in Brackenhill. We sold out before completion.
Eighteen years on, we've delivered 27 developments and more than 4,800 homes, from waterfront apartments to family neighbourhoods. We've grown, but the founding rule hasn't changed: we design and build everything ourselves, and we put our name on every door.
Today our work spans Harbourgate's regenerated docks, the reimagined Old Mill District, and a pipeline of communities still on the drawing board — each one shaped around how people genuinely want to live.
