Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever — one booking page, one connected calendar, and unlimited email reminders, with no credit card to sign up. It's a real way to start taking bookings, not a 7-day trap.
Does Slotly charge a fee on payments?
No. Slotly never takes a cut of the payments you collect. You connect your own Stripe or PayPal account on Pro and above, and only their standard processing fees apply.
Can I switch plans or cancel any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. Changes apply immediately and we prorate the difference automatically.
Which calendars can I connect?
Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365, and Apple Calendar, all with real-time two-way sync. Free includes one calendar; Pro and Business connect as many as you need.
How do team plans work?
On Business you add each team member as a seat, then route bookings with round-robin or collective scheduling. Every member keeps their own availability while admins manage roles, branding, and analytics.
