What counts as a "channel"?

A channel is one connected social account — for example, your brand's Instagram profile or your company LinkedIn page. Connecting both counts as two channels. You can swap channels in and out any time without losing your scheduled content.

Is the Starter plan really free?

Yes. Starter is free forever — three channels, thirty scheduled posts a month, and the full visual calendar, with no credit card to sign up. It's a genuine way to run a small account, not a seven-day trial in disguise.

Can I change plans or cancel any time?

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings whenever you like. Changes apply immediately and we prorate the difference automatically — no contracts, no cancellation fees.

Which networks can Postpilot publish to?

Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and more — over 25 channel types in total. Most post fully automatically; a few networks send a publish reminder where their API requires it.

Do you offer plans for agencies?
