How far in advance should I book?
For peak-season trips (summer in Europe, cherry-blossom season in Japan) we recommend 4–6 months. That said, we love a challenge — we've pulled together unforgettable last-minute escapes in under a week.
Can you build a fully custom itinerary?
Absolutely — it's our favorite thing to do. Tell us your dates, budget and vibe, and a dedicated designer will craft a day-by-day trip just for you, revising until it's perfect.
What's your cancellation & rebooking policy?
Most packages can be rescheduled up to 30 days before departure with zero change fees. Full terms vary by trip and are always shown clearly before you pay — no surprises.
Is travel insurance included?
Insurance isn't bundled by default so you can choose the right level of cover, but we partner with trusted providers and will add a tailored policy to your booking on request.
Do you offer group and corporate trips?
