Our story
Born on a foggy morning in Azure Cove
In 2016, two friends rented out a weathered beach cottage they'd spent a summer restoring. The guests left a note that read, "We forgot what slowing down felt like — thank you." That note is still pinned above our desks today.
What began as one home is now a community of more than 1,400 coastal hosts across 38 seaside towns. We've stayed small where it matters: every property is still personally vetted, and every host still gets a real human on the phone.
We're not the biggest booking platform out there, and we never wanted to be. We just want to be the one that feels like a friend handing you the keys to their favorite place by the sea.
