How long does a typical project take?

It depends on scope, but most projects run three to six weeks from kickoff to final copy. Brand messaging and voice work tend to be longer; a single landing page or email flow can be quicker. We'll give you a realistic timeline before we begin.

Do you write in our brand voice or your own?

Yours — sharpened. We study how you already sound, find the best version of it, and write so it feels unmistakably like you. If you don't have a defined voice yet, that's exactly what our brand messaging service creates.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Two rounds of considered revisions are built into every project. In practice we rarely need more, because we agree the strategy and structure with you before writing a word.

Can you work with our existing team and tools?

Absolutely. We're used to working inside clients' docs, content tools, and channels, and collaborating with in-house marketers, designers, and developers. We slot in as part of your team for the length of a project.

What do you need from us to get started?

A conversation, access to any existing copy or brand materials, and a point of contact who can answer questions and approve direction. We handle the rest of the discovery ourselves.
