Questions owners ask us most

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. Onboarding, the initial inspection, and your owner-portal setup are all included. You only start paying once your property is generating rent.

How and when do I get paid?

We collect rent online and disburse owner funds by direct deposit between the 10th and 12th of each month, alongside your statement in the owner portal.

Who pays for repairs and maintenance?

Repair costs are paid from collected rent or a small reserve you set. You approve any job above your chosen threshold, and we never mark up contractor invoices.

What happens if a tenant stops paying?

We follow a clear, compliant delinquency process — reminders, late fees, and, if necessary, coordination of legal proceedings with our attorney partners on your behalf.

Am I locked into a long contract?

Our management agreement runs month to month after an initial term. We'd rather earn your business every month than rely on a lock-in.
