Chatly began in 2021 when our founders, fresh off running support at a fast-growing store, watched their team drown in the same five questions a hundred times a day — while customers waited hours for a reply that should have taken seconds.

They were sure AI could handle the repetitive 80% with care and accuracy, freeing humans for the conversations that genuinely need a person. So they built the tool they wished they'd had: easy to set up, grounded in your own docs, and friendly enough that customers actually enjoy the chat.
