Our story

Founded by recruiters and engineers

HireAI was founded in 2021 by a talent leader and a machine-learning engineer who kept running into the same wall. Every hire meant hundreds of resumes, a handful of rushed reviews, and the nagging sense that the best candidate had already been skipped.

They built the first version of HireAI to score their own pipeline. Within a quarter, time-to-hire fell by more than half and the shortlists were noticeably stronger — and more diverse. Other talent teams started asking for it.

Today HireAI screens millions of applications for more than 1,200 hiring teams across 30 countries. We've grown, but the founding rule hasn't changed: every score has to be explainable, and every candidate deserves a fair read.
